SalesDeals is operated by Introducer.me ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the SalesDeals mobile application and web dashboard (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When your organization administrator creates your account or you join via an access code, we collect your name, email address, and organization membership.

Offer and business data. The Service stores property offers, pricing details, payment schedules, and related documents that you create. This data belongs to your organization.

Usage data. We maintain audit logs of key actions (offer creation, confirmations, role changes) for accountability and security purposes.

Device information. We may collect basic device information (operating system, app version) to diagnose issues and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Service, including generating offers and PDF documents
To authenticate users and enforce organization-level access controls
To maintain audit trails for security and compliance
To communicate with you about your account or the Service
To diagnose technical issues and improve the Service

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase with row-level security policies that enforce organization isolation. Each organization's data is logically separated — users can only access data belonging to their own organization.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication tokens are securely stored on-device and are never shared with third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

Within your organization. Managers and administrators in your organization can view offers and activity created by team members.
Shared offer links. When you generate a share link for an offer, anyone with that link can view the offer details.
Service providers. We use Supabase for database hosting and Expo/EAS for app distribution. These providers process data on our behalf under their respective privacy policies.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your organization's account is active. Audit logs are retained indefinitely for compliance purposes. If you or your organization request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Organization administrators can manage team members and their access through the web dashboard.

7. Offline Data

The mobile app can store offer drafts locally on your device for offline use. This data remains on your device until you sync it with the Service. You can delete local data by removing drafts within the app or uninstalling the application.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is a business tool intended for professional use. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
